The attached picture is an idea I found on etsy where I would want to replace the heart design with a snowflake, the name from Aunt Jane to Tommy, and the phrase 'Forever in my heart' replaced with 'Missing you on our special day'. But I'm pretty flexible on designs, open to alternative ideas that incorporate a snowflake and the requested message.
