Additional Information: These puzzles are meant to be used outside for children ages 2.5-6. They should be sanded on both sides and have nice rounded pieces. They can range from 4 pieces total to 8-10 pieces total to give some range on how difficult they are. I haven't figured out yet how to make sure they are easy to keep together and not mixed up, maybe a box for each one or some kind of color coordinating without loosing the beauty of the natural wood??

Suppose this could be done with a waterjet cutter or a simple manual bandsaw. Trick is getting those tight turns
