Here is a picture of the devices for which I want this part. The image shows the devices placed a few inches apart. This part will allow me to place the devices close to each other and will be secured with 2 rubber bands so that it can be carried around and handled as a single device. http://www.head-fi.org/image/id/8915948. The Music Player (the device with a screen and scroll wheel) will be placed on the side with 2 tabs. The Amplifier (the device with the colored orbs) will be placed on the side with the single tab. The purpose of the tabs is to both hold the devices in place and bear some weight when held vertically. Please let me know if the tabs need to be thicker than 1.5mm to support the devices. Weight of the Music Player: 150g (5.3oz). Weight of the Amplifier: 240g (8.5oz).
Update 07/07/2016 7:50PM CT: Thanks for the design. I forgot to mention that I would like rounded/softened edges and corners. Not too rounded/softened. Just a little bit so that the edges and corners are not sharp. Is it possible to do that?
