it’s painful to throw away these toys just because the kids broke parts of these planes. Would love to repair and continue use.

- ideally there are molds for each part of the aircraft
Not sure if I fully understand the issue. But are you trying to repair this toy using molds that can be refilled with foam?
If this is the case, I'd need 3D scans of the airplanes, the most complete version or the most complete parts. You can send them to us OR you can download Scaniverse by Niantic and do it with a modern smartphone. From there, add it to your project and then we can reverse engineer the parts and then make the molds.
Are you sure there's a market for these? These look pretty cheap, maybe just buy new ones?
