By accessing or using You3Dit.com (“You3Dit,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Use of our services constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the following terms.

1. Definition of User

A “User” is any individual or organization who engages You3Dit in the design and/or fabrication of any item—whether initiated by inquiry, solicitation, or purchase, and regardless of whether payment is exchanged. All Users agree to these Terms and Conditions upon engaging with You3Dit’s services.

2. Prohibited Uses: Weapons and Harmful Items

You3Dit prohibits the design, fabrication, or facilitation of any item intended to cause harm or operate as a weapon. The User agrees that:

• They will not use You3Dit to design or manufacture weapons or components thereof.

• They will not use You3Dit to encourage or support any party in the design or manufacture of weapons.

• They will not use You3Dit for products intended to cause harm to any person or group.

Definition of Weapon: A “weapon” includes any item with the primary or sole purpose of inflicting or threatening bodily injury.

You3Dit reserves the right to review and reject any request that violates or appears to violate this policy.

3. Intellectual Property and Submitted Content

By submitting files, materials, or information to You3Dit, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the lawful right to use any submitted material.

• The material does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets.

• The material does not contain malicious software, viruses, or any element intended to disrupt, disable, or damage systems or networks.

You3Dit assumes no responsibility for verifying intellectual property ownership and disclaims liability for any disputes arising from such submissions. The User agrees to indemnify You3Dit against claims resulting from submitted content.

4. Legal Compliance

You3Dit complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any item requested or produced via You3Dit:

• Does not violate any laws in the jurisdiction where it is requested, manufactured, or delivered.

• Is not used for illegal purposes or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, You3Dit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount paid by that User to You3Dit for the services in question.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless You3Dit, its affiliates, partners, officers, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses—including reasonable legal fees—arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of our services or products.

• Your violation of these Terms.

• Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property.

7. Order Terms, Cancellations, and Payments

• Payment: Payment is due in full prior to the start of fabrication unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may not be granted once fabrication has begun.

• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled only if fabrication has not yet started. You3Dit reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to You3Dit services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or suspected unlawful activity.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting to the site. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We encourage Users to review this document regularly.

10. Reporting Violations

If you believe a violation of these Terms has occurred, please report it to: support@you3dit.com

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.
