Additional Information: Make from 1-5/8" 6061 Aluminum round stock such as McMaster.com part number 8974K66 (I can drop ship to you). Inside geometry must be smooth to reduce drag and promote laminar flow of water. It's not a pretty nozzle on the outside because I wanted to minimize the required machining. This nozzle will be used for a water gun that I am working on with my kids to teach them about fluid dynamics in a way that has thus far held their attention.
